By accessing our website at managetradex.com or using ManageTradeX system (collectively “Services” or “ManageTradeX”), you consent to the terms outlined in this Policy and the Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by the terms.

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our Website and Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.
1. Information you provide to us

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as elaborated further below. After such time, we will either delete or de-identify your information or, in cases where immediate deletion is not feasible, such as when information is stored in backup archives, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until it can be deleted.
- Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our Services. Where we retain information for Service improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.

We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.
- Choice and Opt-Out: We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use and sharing of your information, but since your user account is managed by the ManageTradeX Customer, some choices must be made through your company and not from you, the individual.
