By accessing our website at or using ManageTradeX system (collectively “Services” or “ManageTradeX”), you consent to the terms outlined in this Policy and the Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by the terms.


We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our Website and Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.

1. Information you provide to us

We collect information about you when you input it into the Services or otherwise provide it directly to us.    

  • Account and Profile Information:  We collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile through the Services. For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, billing information, when you register for the Services. You also have the option of adding profile photo, and other details to your profile information to be displayed in our Services. 
  • Content you provide through our websites:  The Services also include our websites owned or operated by us. We collect other content that you submit to these websites, which include social media or social networking websites operated by us. For example, you provide content to us when you fill in our contact form, provide feedback or when you participate in any surveys, activities or events.  
  • Information you provide through our support channels:  The Services also include our customer support, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Service.  Whether you designate yourself as a technical contact, speak to one of our representatives directly or email us, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
  • Payment Information:   We collect payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services.  For example, we ask you to designate a billing representative, including name and contact information, upon registration. 

2. Information we receive from other sources

We receive information about you from other Service users, from third-party services, from our business and channel partners. We may combine this information with information we collect through other means described above. This helps us to update and improve our records, identify new customers, create more personalized advertising and suggest services that may be of interest to you. 

  • Other users of the Services: Other users of our Services may provide information about you when they invite you to the Service.  Similarly, an administrator may provide your contact information when they designate you as the billing or technical contact on your company's account or when they designate you as an administrator.


We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provide Service: We use your personal information to provide and deliver ManageTradeX services and process transactions related to ManageTradeX, including registrations, subscriptions, purchases, and payments.
  • Support Service: We use your personal data to respond to questions when you contact our support and to provide customer service.
  • Communicate with You: We use your personal information to communicate with you (such as through email) about products that you have signed up for, changes to this Privacy Policy, changes to the Terms of Use, or important notices.
  • Marketing:  We use your personal information to market and to keep you posted on new products and services, offers, promotion and other information that we think will be of interest to you.  
  • Fraud and Abuse Prevention: We use your personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, ManageTradeX and others.


We may share your personal data with the following third parties:

  • Authorized Personnel: Our employees may have access to user information as required in the normal course of our business, which includes supporting operations, customer care and communication, usage tracking, processing requested transactions, and investigating security incidents.
  • Service providers: We work with third-party service providers to provide website and application hosting, backup, storage, cloud infrastructure, payment processing and other services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you.  If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so under close instruction from us, including this Privacy Policy, and other policies and procedures designed to protect your information.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Regulators, Government, Law Enforcement and Third Parties: We may share information, such as Personal Data, with regulatory bodies, governmental agencies, law enforcement, and third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests. This may include complying with export laws of various countries to prevent certain entities and individuals from accessing or using the Services. Additionally, we may disclose a user's Personal Data if we have reason to believe, in good faith, that the user has violated the Terms of Use.
  • Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.


We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information we collect from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Please also be aware that despite our best intentions and the guidelines outlined in this Privacy Policy, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, although ManageTradeX complies with its legal obligations in respect of the security of your personal data we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

While we take steps to protect your personal information and keep it secure, you also play a role in protecting your information. You must maintain the security of your online transactions by not sharing your passwords and account information with any unauthorized parties. If you have reason to believe that your interactions with us are no longer secure (e.g., you believe the security of your ManageTradeX account has been compromised), please contact us immediately.


How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as elaborated further below.  After such time, we will either delete or de-identify your information or, in cases where immediate deletion is not feasible, such as when information is stored in backup archives, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until it can be deleted.

  • Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services.  We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our Services. Where we retain information for Service improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.
  • Information you share on the Services: If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain in order to allow your team members or other users to make full use of the Services. 
  • Managed accounts: If the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), we retain your information as long as required by the administrator of your account. 
  • Marketing information: If you have opted to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services.

  • Access and update your information: If you have a ManageTradeX account, you can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by signing in to your ManageTradeX account. For other Personal Data we hold, we will provide you with access for any purpose including requesting that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.
  • Choice and Opt-Out: We provide you the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use and sharing of your information, but since your user account is managed by the ManageTradeX Customer, some choices must be made through your company and not from you, the individual.


This privacy policy may be modified from time to time to comply with applicable laws or to conform to our current business practices. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
